Assets
The Assets section is your market browser inside Quantly. Open Assets from the main navigation.
Assets home
Section titled “Assets home”On the Assets home page you can:
- Search any supported ticker and jump to its detail page
- See Trending now (tickers users search and open most often)
- Compare Top gainers and Top losers for the session, with live quotes when available
Asset detail pages
Section titled “Asset detail pages”Each ticker has a dedicated page at /assets/{SYMBOL} (for example SPY).
Detail pages include:
- Price chart with range controls
- Quote stats (day range, 52-week range, volume, beta vs SPY, and more when data is available)
- Correlations tables (most correlated, inverse, and uncorrelated peers over roughly one year)
That is per-ticker peer correlation, not the Dashboard Strategy Correlations heatmap across your invested strategies. See Strategy Correlations.
Use asset pages when you are picking symbols for a strategy pool, sanity-checking a name before you add it to a tree, or comparing related tickers.
Supported universe
Section titled “Supported universe”Quantly supports US stocks and ETFs on major exchanges. Crypto and options are not supported.
For strategy construction, any tradable symbol you add must be supported by your connected broker. See Supported Brokers.
API and MCP
Section titled “API and MCP”Developers can query asset metadata through the REST API (read:assets scope). AI assistants can browse assets through MCP.
